Patrick Hartough       Owner & President

Patrick has over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Resort and Travel industry. Association Graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Patrick started from the “ground up” in the Private Resort Industry. From frontline sales at All Seasons Resorts in 1985 to owner and President of East Coast Resorts in 1988, a wealth of operations, sales and marketing experience gives him the sensitivity necessary to make CTC and Tickets & Tours responsive to the needs of our members.

Angela Reiter      Vice President

Patrick has over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Resort and Travel industry. Karen Price     Master Travel Agent

Karen has over 20 years experience in the travel industry. She owned and operated the travel agency since it’s beginning in 1991 until sold to Patrick Hartough in 2003. She holds a 2-year degree in Travel Agency Management. As a travel agent, she has continued her education by earning the status of a Certified ARC specialist, Certified Cruises, Inc. specialist along with earning certificates and specializing in various travel opportunities including but not limited to Disney College of Knowledge, Sandals Resorts and Hotel Sales with hotel chains such as Marriott & Hyatt, with cruise lines such as Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Princess, and Royal Caribbean Lines, tour operations and different travel destinations. Karen has traveled extensively throughout Europe, The Caribbean, Mexico and the Continental United States and is passionate about cruising. Karen looks forward to working with all our members individually or organizing your next group booking.

Ashley Rice      Promotional Cruise Department Agent

Ashley has over 9 years experience in the customer service field. Ashley has her Associates Degree in Travel and Tourism; Hospitality, and Events Management. She has continued her education earning her a status as a certified IATAN travel agent. Along with earning certificates and becoming a specialist in various travel opportunities including but not limited, She has earned the certificates of Walt Disney College of Knowledge, Carnival University, Collage of WOW with Royal Caribbean, Sea World Entertainments, Lego Land, Universal Studios, Club Med, and NCL Cruises and continues to further her knowledge of the travel industry. Her love of travel and warm personality will welcome the opportunity to
assist you with your promotional cruise plans. Ashley has traveled to Barbados, Turks & Caicos, Exuma, St. Thomas, Tortola, Antigua, Dominica, Haiti, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Nassau, Colorado, Myrtle Beach, Alabama,
Pennsylvania, Canada, New York, Chicago, Georgia, and
Florida.
Condo Department

Abby Bettinger      Condo Department Manager

Abby is our senior Condo Agent with over 30 years in the customer service field, over 12 of which have been dedicated to the travel industry and Condominium Travel Club. Her education affords her a 4-year BFA in Studio Art and numerous seminars and courses in business and customer relations. She has owned and managed her own business and has held previous positions in the work force all related to taking care of customers. This accumulation of experience has profoundly enhanced her customer service and professionalism, which she proudly portrays through her service to our members. Abby has experienced travel to places such as Bermuda, Bahamas, Mexico and extensive travel throughout the United States with Key West, Florida being her personal favorite.
Administration & Member Services Staff

Susan Gray       Customer Service & Clerical

Sue has over 30 years in the customer service field. She is a Summa Cum Laude college graduate with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has received certificates in various specialty classes such as Office Procedures and Computers. Her broad knowledge and experience makes her a great fit in assisting in many areas of our companies processes from answering the phones, handling member referrals and requests, CLIA ID card processing, data entry, filing, compiling data spreadsheets, member renewals and much more. Her warm and friendly voice will start your experience off in the right direction when you call. Sue has traveled to destinations such as Canada, Maine, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New York City, Niagara Falls, Delaware and Vermont.

Denise Hogan       Bookkeeper

Denise has over 20 years experience in the field of bookkeeping. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending various computer classes and customer service seminars. With experience in accounting, billing, collections and customer service she is ready to take on any task that ishanded to her to keep our operations running smoothly.

Jill Tanner       Bookkeeper/Human Resources

Jill graduated college in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She enjoys utilizing her accounting background by keeping all of the financial aspects of the company operating smoothly. Jill has been the head of the bookkeeping department for the past 3 years. She also acts as the Human Resource Manager. She assist in the day to day operations at the NY office location. She loves to travel and has been across the country exploring many states from West Coast California and all the way South to the Florida Keys. She has also cruised to Princess Cays and visited Mexico.

Natalie Howell       Customer Service Representative

Natalie has over 15 years in the customer service field. In addition to an 11 year US Postal Service career, she has completed several Office Procedure courses and other specialized training courses. Her Training and enthusiasm for travel make her a great fit in assisting in many areas of our company’s processes. Her kind personal services will start your experience off in the right direction when you call. Natalie has traveled to destinations such as Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Canada, Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, S.Carolina, N. Carolina, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Virginia.

He loves to go around the office boosting morale and getting belly rubs He has been in the travel world for 5 months and has traveled to Illinois so far. He looks forward to keeping the office staff happy and smiling and he assures you it will come through the phone as you are being serviced by our staff.
