Jennifer graduated with a degree in Travel & Tourism and while in college she spent a semester working at Disney World in Florida as part of the college program. She has been in the customer service field for over 18 years, 12 of which have been dedicated to the Travel Industry.
As a travel agent, she has continued her education earning her a status as a Certified ARC specialist along with earning certificates and becoming a specialist in various travel opportunities including but not limited to Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt hotels, Nickelodeon Family of Suites, Walt Disney College of Knowledge, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Cancun Tourism Institute, Las Brisas Resorts, Club Med, NCL Cruises, Kauai Island, Palace Resorts, Grenada, US Airways Vacations and Germany. Jennifer understands quality customer service and is ready to assist you with your travel plans.

Jessica has over 9 years of experience in customer service with an Associates degree in Liberal arts. She has attended and completed many online universities and classes including but not limited to Princess Academy, Carnival Cruise lines, Disney College of Knowledge, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Oceania, Regent Seven Seas, Sandals Resort, Superclub resorts. Etc. Jessica is passionate about travel and providing the best travel experience to her clients. She is anxious to assist you in all of your travel inquiries.

Belinda has over 8 years experience in the customer service field. She has earned certificates from the Walt Disney College of Knowledge and Carnival Cruise lines CCL University, and continues to further her knowledge of the travel industry through internet based and in-house training programs. Debbie attended school in Florida majoring in Travel and Tourism and Public Relations. She has worked in the customer service field for many years where her focus was on customer satisfaction. As a travel agent, she is continuing her education in such areas as Princess Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Disney to name a few. Ashley has over 7 years experience in the customer service field. Ashley has her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, and Events Management. She has earned the certificates of Walt Disney College of Knowledge, Club Med, and NCL Cruises and continues to further her knowledge of the travel industry. Heather has over 15 years experience in Customer Service, 7 of which have been dedicated to the Travel Industry. She has furthered her education by becoming a Certified ARC Specialist and completing Amadeus E University on-line classes with extensive hands on training. She has earned certificates and has become a specialist in many facets of the travel world including but not limited to destinations like Myrtle Beach, Las Brisas Resorts, Cayman Islands, cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean and Norwegian, all inclusive packages for Club Med, Marriott Hotels, Disney College of Knowledge, Destination Wedding Specialist, Hyatt Hotels, Kauai Island, Ramada Worldwide, Celebrity Cruise, Universal Parks & Resort Vacations.
