Abby Bettinger, Condo Dept. Manager
Abby is our senior condo agent with over 20 years in the customer service field, over 7 of which have been dedicated to the travel industry. Her education affords her a 4-year BFA college degree with continuing classes and seminars such as “The Indispensable Assistant”, “How to perform to your fullest potential in the work place”, and a multitude of various computer programs. She has owned and managed her own business and has held previous positions in the work force all related to taking care of customers. This accumulation of experience has profoundly enhanced her customer service and professionalism, which she proudly portrays through her service to our members.

Abby has experienced travel to places such as Massachusetts, South Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, New York, Texas, California, Georgia and Cancun, Mexico.

Ronda has over 7 years in the customer service field. She has taken specialty classes pertaining to Business and has operated a home-based business giving her experience in dedication and commitment, which plays a key role in her job of servicing our members. She specializes in booking our Hot Weeks and looks forward to your request to book one.

Ronda has experienced travel to such places as Hawaii, Texas, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Canada.

Samantha has over 6 years experience in the customer service field. She was raised in a family owned and operated business and she knows first hand the importance of customer care. She comes to you with a warm and friendly personality and a drive to accomplish everyday goals in fulfilling our members’ requests.

Samantha has traveled to places such as Canada, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and Massachusetts.
