Sarah Mack - Administrative Specialist
Sarah has over 10 years in the Customer Service field, 4 of which she was in a managerial position overseeing a Dept. involving extensive customer service. She has advanced education in communication, phone, computer skills and organization skills. She manages the processing of our Diamond Level Memberships, the CLIA process affiliated with the Diamond membership, works closely with the Administrative staff in our CA & AZ offices as well as answering member questions. She prides herself in committing to superior customer service, efficiency and is ready to assist you in benefiting from your membership.

Susan Gray – Customer Service & Clerical
Sue has over 20 years in the customer service field. She is a Summa Cum Laude college graduate with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has received certificates in various specialty classes such as Office Procedures and Computers. Her broad knowledge and experience makes her a great fit in assisting in many areas of our companies processes from answering the phones, travel confirmations, data entry, filing, compiling data spreadsheets and much more. Her warm and friendly voice will start your experience off in the right direction when you call.

Kathy Simons – Bookkeeper
Kathy has over 13 years experience in public accounting. After attending college in Portland, Oregon to study Sociology, she made the switch to the accounting field. Her education and experience as a Licensed Tax Preparer and working as a bookkeeper and accountant for criminal justice, auto sales and medical/dental offices give her unique perspective in dealing with a variety of businesses. She excels in efficiency and keeping track of the day-to-day financial activity processed through Condominium Travel Club and Pulaski Tickets & Tours.

Scott Marshall – Shipping Department & Membership Services
Scott manages the shipping of membership related materials to over 30 resorts & affiliations using our product. He maintains all shipping records in and out of our NY office as well as the process of printing and mailing renewals, membership cards and related material, our Database application housing all our member information. Along with his extensive work in shipping and database management, he has up to date, in-depth knowledge of the intricate parts of the product services available. He assists members with their questions and related membership materials and benefits.

Shane Evans – Web Development & Membership Services
Shane graduated college with a B.T. in Information Technology specializing in Application Development. He has over 4 years customer service experience and has furthered his experience working for a previous company developing their Database Applications. Shane updates and maintains our website as well as creating various related site links affiliated with the different levels of membership we offer. He assists in maintaining our Database applications housing member information. He also is part of the Membership Services department assisting members with their questions and related membership materials and benefits.

Ashley Griffith – Administrative Specialist/Customer Service
Ashley has over 7 years experience in the Customer Service and Administrative fields, 3 of which included extensive Administrative and Data Record Keeping. She has advanced education in Human Relations which enhances her ability to excel in communications with our members and in her position working closely with our CA office staff as she oversees the day to day processing of memberships. Ashley takes pride in her work and looks forward to assisting our members with questions.
