  • Condominium Access

    • Only members, their immediate families and guests may use accommodations purchased through CTC. Members may not transfer or sign their right to use accommodations purchased through CTC other than to their immediate family and guests over the age of 25. Reservation requests must be made for one (1) week at a time and limited to the number of requested weeks per year as stated on this agreement. This limit does not apply to special discounted weeks called "HOT WEEKS" displayed weekly on our web site or thousands of weeks in our live inventory displayed online called Instant Access Weeks. We do not guarantee multiple week reservations at the same property. Successive weeks may be requested but may not be available at the rates shown below. The program is designed and works best on a "one (1) week at a time basis". You can put them on hold for 24 hours before you confirm and pay for your week. Check-in dates are set by the individual resort and usually occur on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
  • Flat Rate Week Price

    • Fees for private condominiums are as follows on a per week, space available, basis provided you follow the terms and conditions of membership and complete a condominium request form. $499.00* for studio and one bedroom units. $599.00* for two bedroom units and $699.00* for three bedroom units. Flat rate prices only apply to weeks obtained through the "Condominium Request Form". Prices for online inventory displayed on our website and Hot Weeks are as stated online. *Add $100 per week for Holiday weeks as well as $200 per week for condominiums outside the 48 Contiguous States. All weeks are based upon availability. Fixed rate does not apply to all-inclusive resorts and some major metropolitan cities. Taxes charged by certain states such as Florida are additional.
  • Hot Weeks

    • (starting at $99.00) are displayed on our website and updated online as we receive them from our suppliers. Hot Weeks are not live inventory and must be requested. You can request them online or through a call to our office. Hot weeks are popular and on a first come first serve basis. Hot Weeks are for members only.
  • INSTANT ACCESS WEEK Pricing

    • Thousands of Condominium weeks are immediately available from our online inventory. Book as many condos as you like at low weekly rates posted on the website. Check-in dates are set by the individual resort and usually occur on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. INSTANT ACCESS WEEKS can be booked in a friend or family member's name.
  • How the Condominium Request Process Works

    • We use a network of condominium suppliers that keeps track of all inventory in particular areas and resorts. As inventory becomes available, we confirm your request. Unlike booking a hotel, we have no control over which resorts, destinations or dates are going to be relinquished by an owner, exchange company, developer or property Management Company. Once we have confirmed your request was received, you can be assured that we are constantly and consistently searching for your vacation week.
  • Things You Need to Know when making a request and using a Condominium Request Form

      1. Condo Request Forms - Request forms are not needed for Condominiums booked from live inventory online. A completed "Request Form" must accompany each week requested from our office in Pulaski N.Y. We will take phone requests for condominiums and assist you in completing a Condominium Request Form, however; your Condominium Request Form must be signed by you or submitted online as proof of a valid request. It is important to be flexible when making a request. Do not limit your request to one resort, one area or one particular week. This will only limit your chances for a successful vacation confirmation.
      2. Condominium Request Forms are available from our office or online at www.condotravelclub.com. Condominium Request Forms can be submitted to us several ways but one must be submitted before we begin our search. They can be sent to us online through our website and emailed, or printed on line and mailed or faxed to our office.
      3. We will verify receipt of your Condominium Request Form 24 to 48 hours from the day we receive it. To provide you with the best and most efficient service, if an email is provided we will confirm your request through email. If no email is provided we will call the number you provided. Feel free to call us, to confirm your request has been received.
      4. If we do not find your requested week within (14) fourteen days, we will notify you and update you every two weeks as to our progress. If you provided an email we will update you by email, if not we will make a call to the number provided. You can always call us if you have a question or want to modify your request.
      5. We usually find what you are requesting, however; if within two to three weeks before your travel date we have not secured your request we will email or call you to start exploring other accommodation options.
      6. Confirmation of request. Confirmations for condominiums are made on a space available basis. We cannot guarantee a particular request will be fulfilled. When we call you with a confirmation of an accomodation(s), we have obtained that facility for you and you only. If it is what you requested, you have purchased a vacation. If it is an alternative accommodation area other than submitted, you have the right to accept or decline the confirmation.
      7. Once your reservation is confirmed, there will be no opportunities for refunds. All confirmations are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Therefore, when making a request, be sure it is where and when you want to travel. If you need to cancel, be sure to do so before we confirm your request. Once time is confirmed on a weekly or multiple requests, you have purchased that time and it is non-refundable regardless of other time requested.
      8. A representative will call you when your request is confirmed. Extra fees (if any) will be explained to you such as all-inclusive fees, State and local taxes, utility surcharges, security deposits, or special service fees charged by the resorts.
      9. Written confirmation will be sent out. All pertinent information for you to contact the accommodation(s) is furnished on the confirmation. Only those named on the confirmation may occupy the accommodations. There is a fee to change name after confirmation. We require a guaranteed form of payment at the time of booking. We accept checks, money orders and Major Credit Cards only. All checks must be payable in U.S. Funds, and must be stated as such on an out-of-country check.
      10. If transportation or other services are cancelled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date. Once a request has been confirmed as you requested, verbally or in writing, the fees charged are non-refundable. Confirmations will be sent First Class via U.S. Mail. These documents will be mailed to the address given on the request form. We can have your documents delivered by an express mail company for an additional fee. We will not assume the responsibility for documents not received due to failure of the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Guests' Responsibilities

    • The member will be responsible for any damage, abuse or vandalism to any room, condo-apartment, common area, etc. caused by the member or guest except for normal wear and tear. Resort facilities, amenities and services vary by country, location and resort. Room accommodations vary in size, decor and interior detail. Members must abide by the rules and regulations of the resort they are visiting. All resorts insist that a responsible adult (over age 25 for condominiums) is responsible for any charges incurred at the individual resorts. New reservations will not be confirmed if there are outstanding charges from previous vacations.

    • Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions
    • The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the base rate of the cruise, vacation package, condo, or hotel only. The Best Rate Guarantee protection will not apply to prevailing government fees and taxes and/or fuel supplement charges. Lower rates must be publicly advertised fares available to the general public and exclude group rates, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates. To submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim, visit condotravelclub.com online and complete all the information required on the Best Rate Guarantee claim form. You will be asked to provide the lower rate amount and where the rate can be found. Lower rate must: i) be for the same accommodations and bed type, vacation travel provider and itinerary, ship, date, stateroom category and number of guests; and ii) be available for booking at the time Condo Travel Club reviews your completed Best Rate Guarantee claim form. All Best Rate Guarantee claim forms must be submitted online within 72 hours of booking your accommodations, vacation package or cruise and verified by Condo Travel Club in order to qualify for the Travel credit. The Travel credit can be used for any form of travel booked through our private member agency Pulaski Tickets & Tours and is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. You have 18 months to use travel credit. Any unusedportion of the Travel credit will be forfeited. Best Rate Guarantee program may be discontinued or changed at any time.
